About Marcy
Hi, I’m Marcy, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and individual psychotherapy for adolescents and adults.
I specialize in working with neurodivergent clients, including people with ADHD, autism, AuDHD, and PDA profiles, with particular interest in supporting people who were identified later in life. I also work with clients navigating substance use, mood concerns, trauma, burnout, sleep difficulties, emotional regulation, and other mental health challenges.
My goal is to provide thoughtful, individualized psychiatric care that looks beyond symptoms alone. I take time to understand each person’s history, current concerns, daily functioning, and goals so that medication decisions can be made collaboratively and with a clear understanding of the whole person.
Approach to Care
My approach combines psychiatric medication management with a collaborative, whole-person perspective. My background includes foundational training in holistic nurse coaching and health and wellness coaching, which informs the way I work with clients around sustainable change, self-awareness, and overall well-being.
Medication may be one part of treatment, but it is never the only part of the conversation. When appropriate, I also incorporate individual psychotherapy into follow-up visits and work alongside therapists and other providers to support coordinated care.
I offer both in-person and telehealth appointments and work with clients ages 12 and older.

Marcy offers both in-person and telehealth appointments. She is currently accepting private-pay clients, with insurance participation coming soon.
