About Lexi

I am so glad you are here! Everyone deserves a space where they can show up as their most authentic self—feeling seen, understood, and empowered. That includes you!

In my work, I support children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a variety of concerns including anxiety, trauma, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship and familial challenges, self-esteem and body image difficulties, substance use, and domestic violence. Regardless of what brings you here, I believe in your ability to transform struggle into strength.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in traditional, holistic experiential, and integrative practices. I integrate Brainspotting, Polyvagal Theory, Somatic Experiencing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) in my work. This framework values the power of both mind and body—understanding how our thoughts, outlooks, and narratives as well as nervous system responses shape our experiences.

By gaining insight into your body and mind, we will develop a roadmap and personalized plan to enable you to achieve your goals. Together, we will not only work toward healing past wounds but also build practical coping skills and tools to help you navigate future challenges with strength and resilience.

Lexi integrates a range of holistic and traditional modalities to meet each client’s unique needs, including Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing, Polyvagal Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Internal Family Systems.
