A therapy group for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm related to ongoing personal, environmental, and global stressors. This group is meant to help foster connection and will focus on supportive sharing/discussion and learning nervous system tending skills, mindfulness, evidence-based self-compassion skills, and nature-based options.
