Join a supportive space designed for neurodivergent adults looking to better understand themselves and create a life that works for them—not against them. Whether you’re formally diagnosed or self-identify, you’re welcome here!

You’ll experience a blend of education, open discussion, and practical skills practice—tailored to the unique ways neurodivergent minds move through the world.

 When: Mondays, 6–7:30pm MST

Dates: April 14, 21, 28 & May 5
Where: Virtual (link provided upon registration)
Cost: $35/session (insurance or self-pay)
