About Hannah

We all face challenges that can make life feel overwhelming. Hannah is currently inviting new patients with anxiety, relationship issues, trouble managing strong emotions, and more to embark on a journey of growth and discovery through Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). 

Hannah helps individual patients develop a proactive approach to solving their problems through DBT, which is a skills-based therapy designed by Marsha Linehan that looks at ways to develop deeper self-awareness and tangible tools for managing stressors and strong emotions. Hannah finds that DBT is especially helpful in managing/reducing symptoms of anxiety and trouble with healthy communication in relationships. 

Hannah works 1-on-1 with adults and teens, and visits with patients using Telehealth with flexibility to meet throughout the day and during evenings.
